TURN-KEY REFURBISHMENT PROJECTS | ANGLIAN WATER
Anglian Water is committed to providing outstanding working environments for its employees and appointed AT Nolan to oversee the full refurbishment of its Peterborough, Hartlepool & Huntington sites. Our role included the design, planning, procurement, and full project management of the works. The objective was to create a modern, high-quality workplace that excels in aesthetics, promotes sustainability, enhances productivity, and prioritises staff welfare throughout.
REFURBISHMENTS | TFGM
Transport for Greater Manchester plays a pivotal role in shaping the transportation landscape of one of the UK’s most vibrant regions. As a public body, TfGM is dedicated to creating a sustainable, integrated, and accessible transportation system that meets the diverse needs of Greater Manchester’s residents and visitors. AT Nolan are proud to be the main contractors on the TfGM Framework.
REFURBISHMENTS | OLDFIELD BROW
Comprehensive WC refurbishment including removal and reinstallation of sanitaryware, replacement of flooring and skirting, and installation of new pipe boxing. Works included preparation and screeding of floors, laying of anti-slip vinyl with cove formers, and application of Altro wall cladding. All fittings were reinstated upon completion. The project delivered a hygienic, durable, and fully refreshed facility, tailored for long-term performance and ease of maintenance.
LISTED BUILDING WORKS - TRAFFORD TOWN HALL
AT Nolan carried out specialist conservation works at Trafford Town Hall, a Grade II listed building. The project involved sensitive repairs to first-floor timber sliding sash windows, using Accoya and TRADA-approved hardwoods, along with full internal and external redecoration. Works were undertaken with strict adherence to conservation guidelines, including temporary removal and workshop repair of sashes. The project was carefully managed to minimise disruption to the occupied building while maintaining the historic integrity of the site.
