A.T Nolan was appointed to deliver a refurbishment project on the 7th floor of the Maxwell Building at the University of Salford, converting three existing offices into one large, open-plan teaching space for the School of Health and Society (SBS). Works included the removal of existing partition walls to open up the floorplan, installation of a new ceiling and lighting scheme, new carpet tiling and full decoration throughout, and new dado trunking with integrated data outlets. Asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) were safely removed prior to the main works commencing.
