Maxwell Building Toilet Refurbishments

A.T Nolan carried out a full refurbishment of the Ladies, Gents and Accessible toilets at the Maxwell Building, University of Salford, completed over the summer break to minimise disruption to the university’s operations. The scope included plastering and decoration throughout, new flooring, IPS panelling and vanity units, tiling and mirrors, new ceilings, and an upgraded fire alarm system, alongside a full new lighting scheme. The works delivered a modernised, high-quality facility across all washroom areas.
