AT Nolan Completes Ventilation Installation at Lancashire Eccles Cakes
AT Nolan has successfully completed a ventilation installation at Lancashire Eccles Cakes, with works carried out before normal production hours to ensure zero disruption to the site’s operations.
Working Around a Live Production Schedule
With Lancashire Eccles Cakes’ production schedule taking priority, our team carried out the installation during the morning, ahead of the working day, to avoid any impact on output. This approach meant careful planning and a tightly coordinated programme, allowing the works to be completed cleanly within the available window without interrupting the client’s day-to-day operations.
Scope of Works
The installation included:
- An inline ACM 250 fan connected to the existing terminal duct and compressor
- A TX12 wall fan fitted into an existing opening, with the redundant opening plated off using galvanised sheet steel
- A wall-mounted control box with Auto/On/Off selector switches and an adjustable thermostat, providing automatic on/off control of the system
A 230V electrical spur was provided within the room to power the new system, completing the installation ready for use.
